~Shipping Policy~

All orders will ship within 1-4 business days from the date the order is placed. The only exception to this is during the hot summer months when orders are only shipped Monday-Wednesday to keep packages from sitting in a truck or mail center and potentially damaging or melting the candle.


~Return & Exchange Policy~


While we hope you love your candle and the scent you choose, we know picking your perfect scent can be hard. We work hard to ensure all notes listed describe the fragrance as best we can. In the circumstance you don't love your candle scent straight out of the box, please contact us and we will gladly exchange it for a candle scent you might like better! (please keep in mind, once a candle has been lit and burned we cannot exchange your candle for a new scent if you do not like it. So, please sniff sniff before you light!) Please note, buyer pays return shipping and shipping for replacement candles as well.

We take the time to ensure your orders are packaged adequately to arrive undamaged and ready to burn! However, sometimes things happen. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us with a photo and we will replace your order and get it shipped out to you ASAP!
