When will my order ship?


 

All orders will ship within 1-4 business days. During hot summer months we only ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure you order doesn't sit in a truck or mail center along its journey.




How do I ship my order directly to a friend/family member as a gift?

 

We love shipping directly to gift recipients! To ensure we ship to the correct address, include a note during checkout including the shipping address and stating the order is a gift. During checkout you will enter the gift recipients address in the "shipping address" section and your personal address in the "billing address" section. 


If you submit an order and realize you forgot to enter the recipients address, contact us ASAP and if the order hasn't been shipped we can change the address for you!





Why does my candle have "holes" when the wax has hardened after a burn?


 

Due to the fact the soy wax we use is 100% natural, nothing is added to ensure a pretty "finish" like some others waxes. Rest assured there is nothing wrong with your candle, this is just the nature of soy wax!




Why is my candle "throwing" or "shooting" soot when I light it and/or while I burn it?


 

The reason 99% of the time for a candle throwing soot is due to not triming the wick before each burn. It is so important to take care of your candles between every burn. Triming you wick will eliminate soot and the possibility of too large of a flame. The larger the flame the quicker your candle will burn. 


If you candle is throwing soot, simply clip your wick between 1/8 to 1/4 inch. If you light your candle and still think the flame is too "big" simply blow it out and trim it lower. 


One more reason your candle could be throwing soot is due to being burned for a duration longer than 4 hours at a time. Due to our wicks being made out of cotton, you might see what is called a "mushroom" after a prolonged burn. If this "mushroom" gets too big it can create a flame that is it too big and can throw soot. All you need to do is blow it out and trim your wick, and you can immediately relit if you haven't yet burned for the full 4 hours (just be careful to not trim below the level of the melted wax)!

How long will my candle burn for?


 

When burned using the proper burning recommendations:


~8oz Mason Jar Candle - 40-45 hours~

~16oz Mason Jar Candle - 80-85 hours~
